The location is great and there are some lovely restaurants nearby. The rooftop was brilliant with the pool and the runners track. The apartment is a quality building, beautiful and well looked after and the washing machine was handy. Yuri my host was a good communicator and lovely enough to take me to my next stay - Thank you Yuri!
The gym / fitness centre was a little small but had a good weights rack. The first night I had ants in the bedroom and Yuri sorted it out the next day. There is construction from the balcony view that I was not expecting.

Communication with Yuri was always very efficient, and check-in and check-out went absolutely smoothly.
A very nice and spacious apartment with high-quality furnishings. It's perfect for people who want to do some part-time work on the side every now and then.
The only criticism is that it's about time to replace the mattress in the bedroom. The most important thing on vacation is getting a good, restful night's sleep, and the mattress doesn't measure up to the rest of the high-quality furnishings.

It was probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. We used the balcony a lot.
Nick from NLA was excellent in sorting out our questions and explaining how things worked.
We went to the gym or the pool most days and they were clean and not too busy.
It needs a few more sun umbrellas. Also there is a building site right next to the balcony. It wasn’t too noisy and in fact was quite interesting if you liked watching cranes and diggers (which we did)
