Very cute home and unique. Great location in old quarter. Hosts were very responsive and so lovely. Washing machine available WITH detergent which is a nice touch for travellers. Beds were comfortable. AC available. Good toilet flush and water pressure. Heaters also available. TIPs/Notes Be sure to bring flip flops for the bathroom as they are wet rooms. Just note that there is no lift and there is a 2nd and 3rd floor and 4th floor (kitchen and living space). Not really an issue for us though.

Noise, I think you will find that this is probably just something to embrace if you choose to stay in the old quarter, but you will be woken up by locals starting their day/traffic noise/dogs/neighbours. If you're sensitive to this then I would not recommend staying in the old quarter. Bathroom on 3rd floor. There seems to be an issue with the hot water on the 3rd floor bathroom which is probably unlikely to be an issue since vietnam is HOT. BUT we stayed in January (cold) so it was disappointing to not have any hot water for this bathroom. 2nd floor bathroom was working though. The bathrooms could also benefit from some hooks to hang your towel up or some extra counter space for toiletries.
