Great location. Large flat with comfortable beds, nicely designed kitchen and dining room. Staff had great communication when needed, responded quickly.

Cleaning should have been better for an advertised luxury flat listing. Broken blinds in each room, holes in the walls in front bedroom, fabric fraying on multiple pillow cover corners/couch, carpet overlays not cut to size on staircase were tripping hazards. Dirty baseboards and walls especially in master bathroom. Wall clock broken and very dusty. Purchase tag string hanging on dining lamps. Dirty lampshade in master. Battery missing in remote. No safe. No porch furniture. Porch/balcony doors not secure/lockable. Attention to details were missing. Noisy backyard neighbors after 11pm.

This condo is very well located , we were able to walk and bike everywhere ( downtown, mount royale, biodome).

The place in itself is ok , it’s in a basement so not a lot of light. It is rundown as well , pictures look nicer. I was disappointed by the cleanliness , especially the bathrooms. The bed mattress in the middle room is not very comfortable as well. I don’t think we will go back but for 2 nights it’s ok.

Charming and spacious apartment in a great location, within 30m drive to restaurants and museums/attractions. Staff were very responsive and helpful! Beds were large and comfy with lots of pillows.

No parking included with unit and street parking was a nightmare. Unit could use a more thorough/detailed cleaning and refresh of stained furniture, ripped curtains, etc. No a/c in 2 of 3 bdrms and only 1 wall unit in large main living/kitchen area, so unit was uncomfortably warm. No elevator, so several flights of stairs to upper units, which was difficult for my elderly mother, and the building interior (front foyer/stairs) are in desperate need of renovation. We also had an incident where a stranger (another guest in building?) walked into our bedroom in the middle of the night through the back fire door which we didnt realized was unlocked from the outside :(
