Nuestra estancia fue sencillamente espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegamos, se notaba que habían cuidado absolutamente cada detalle. El piso estaba impecable, extremadamente limpio y decorado con muchísimo gusto, utilizando mobiliario y artículos de alta gama. Los detalles de flores naturales por todo el apartamento, los aromas increíbles y la música ambiental al recibirnos hicieron que desde el primer momento se sintiera una experiencia especial. Las habitaciones estaban perfectas. Las camas eran comodísimas, con colchones, almohadas y sábanas de excelente calidad. El baño era muy espacioso y estaba completamente equipado, con abundantes toallas, jabones y productos de aseo de muy buena calidad. Nos encantó también encontrar una nota personalizada de bienvenida, un detalle muy bonito, además de pequeños gestos en la cocina como café, zumos y condimentos. La cocina estaba totalmente equipada y todo se encontraba en un estado tan impecable que parecía que nadie se hubiera alojado allí anteriormente. El propietario y su asociado nos estaban esperando personalmente en la puerta para recibirnos y, además, tuvieron la amabilidad y flexibilidad de permitirnos entrar un poco antes porque habíamos llegado bastante temprano a Madrid. La comunicación durante todo el proceso fue siempre rápida, clara y muy atenta. La ubicación también es excelente, rodeada de restaurantes, tiendas y muchísimos lugares a los que se puede llegar caminando. Sinceramente, no tenemos absolutamente nada negativo que decir. Se preocuparon por cada detalle y nos trataron con el nivel de atención que esperarías de un hotel de cinco estrellas, pero con la comodidad y privacidad de un apartamento. Fue una estancia realmente memorable y volveríamos sin pensarlo dos veces.

Our experience in this apartment was truly amazing. We came to Madrid for sightseeing, but we enjoyed the apartment so much that sometimes we almost felt sorry to leave. It is located in an elegant, quiet and very central neighborhood, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés and everything you may need. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid while still having a pleasant area to return to after a full day out. The apartment is beautiful, elegant and luxurious, but above all, very comfortable. You can really see the care that has gone into every detail. The furniture is high quality, the decoration is tasteful, the beds are extremely comfortable, and both the bed linen and towels are of a quality we do not usually find in apartments. Everything has been carefully considered to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The two bedrooms are completely separate, which was very convenient for us, and the two street-facing balconies add a lot of charm. The central air conditioning was also a great advantage, especially during our stay in Madrid. I would also like to highlight Luis, the host. He was attentive to everything and it is clear that he genuinely cares about his guests. He went far beyond what we expected and, honestly, the service was equal to, and even better than, what we have received in some five-star hotels. We have stayed in many apartments, and this was undoubtedly one of the best accommodation experiences we have ever had. Everything exceeded our expectations: the apartment, the location, the comfort and the hospitality. It was worth every penny we spent on this stay. We highly recommend it. We would return to this same apartment without hesitation. If we come back to Madrid, we hope to stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely everything! Luis, the host, was wonderful communicating with us everything related to the apartment, he made sure there was nothing missing so that our stay was no less than a 5 star hotel. The apt was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated with high end appliances, super comfortable beds, high quality sheets, towels, enough storage and closet space. Everything was just amazing! Spotless! The photos don't do enough justice to how neat this place is. Luis even had a welcoming food basket with essentials so that we did not have to go shopping once we got there! The apartment was also equipped with cleaning supplies (dish washing soap and laundry detergent, and other kitchen cleaning supplies to be used as needed). The bathroom is super cool and spacious, everything is new or recently renovated, and as the kitchen, completely stocked with toiletries as in a luxury hotel. This is something you don't see often. The location of the apartment is ideal if you want to get a local feel of the Chamberí neighborhood. The street where the apt building is located is surrounded by restaurants, there's a supermarket, bakeries, etc. Everything you need to have a wonderful and perfect stay in Madrid. We will definitely come back to this apartment on our next trip to Madrid. Luis made our stay memorable. If I could give a higher score than a 10, I definitely would.
