I love the location it was close to the convention center.
The property was not as clean as I expected. It was overall put together but there was hair and dirt on the floor and sink in restroom as if it wasn’t cleaned all the way.

The house is beautiful and close to the venue we went too (pretty much around the corner). The master bathroom was everything! Beds were comfortable. There is a pull out sofa in one room. There were no complaints from any of the family members. When I had a question (and I had plenty!), the owners were responsive (they answered all my calls and text messages). Very good location - it didn’t take more than 20 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. If I go back to Birmingham, this is where I’m staying!
