Room and Toilet was clean. They have allowed early check-in. We reached around two hour earlier. TV, Geyser, Power points were working. Clean Bath Tower provided. Good co-operative staff.
Location was little far away from the main place called Charging Cross Ooty. If you have your vehicle there is no problem for reaching there. In and around there is no restaurant, Wifi was available, but that was regularly getting disconnected.

The property is at a good location with beautiful city and hill view. Property is at the city centre making it convenient to explore Ooty. The room was spacious with ample space for 3 people. Property has a common terrace to use for everyone and a dining area for food.
The staff was not co-operative if asked additional facilities like extra dishes or utensils. The hot water geiser was not working properly in our room making it difficult for shower.
