Portica Homes Assisi

My wife and I spent two delightful evenings at Portica Homes Assisi in mid-June. Our hosts Pierre Luigi and Verica facilitated our arrival and, since we were on the top floor, (no lift), Pierre Luigi carried our luggage to our rooms, which we appreciated. Everything in the bedroom and bathroom were brand new. Our room was clean, well appointed and with amenities that we appreciated. Importantly, given the heat we left in Rome (and would find in Venice), the air conditioning was perfect. I should also mention that the bed was very comfortable. Pierre Luigi was a perfect host; he could not have been more helpful and friendly. He provided recommendations on restaurants within easy walking distance from the Portica Homes. Each was excellent! He also offered advice on using the Assisi bus service and, on our departure, scheduled our taxi for our drive to the train station. We hope to return to Assisi in the next few years. When we do, we will return to Portica Homes.

Perfect location in the heart of Assisi. Owner was very helpful with instructions from train station upon arrival. Provided us with favorite eateries they enjoyed.Property is newly remodeled and immaculate. Bed was so very comfortable for a good nite's sleep. Highly recommend!

We LOVED our stay! The place is beautiful! Ask for the room with Roman walls! It's like from a magazine! The service was superb! The beds are high quality. Hospitality at the highest levels!

Lovely host, very central to the piazza, good spacious room. Overall exactly what we needed
