Notice to business travelers: The bathroom and kitchen are not clean, and the aparthotel/booking agency/owner/host does not issue receipts for tax purposes. Booking must clearly state that it or the host does not issue an invoice for tax purposes. This matters because many business travelers need to present it to their institutions. So, if you need to present an invoice (Nota Fiscal, for Brazilian taxpayers), DO NOT BOOK this or other similar accommodations.
