Location, size of the house, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, large swimming pool.

Misleading info, pictures of the property are beautifully staged but do not represent reality. House is a bit run dow and needs upgrades. Kitchen has limited supply of dishes and some of them were left dirty. But the worst part was the hot tub not working, which would be some way ok, things happen, but after reading other reviews I have learned it was not an unexpected issue, just one week before our stay someone else complained about the issue and the host replied with a message that there was a brand new hot tub installed since, it was not and we only learned about it the day before our arrival. We were offered a little bit of a refund, which was nice, but it did not substitute the hot tub, which is advertised so well, and seems not to be working for others as well. The pool house smells pretty bad so we couldn’t go in there and the bathroom in there smells like sewer after flashing the toilet. In general the place is nice but I would not call it luxurious. We had a great weekend with our friends, but we made the best out of the situation, but I wish we didn’t have to. We booked this place many months in advance and hot tub was the main reason we booked it. I feel misinformed after reading other reviews regarding this.

Great value for money

The location was perfect for our weekend adventure plans

Quite a few things were not working such as the hot tub and indoor fireplace. BBQ works but only half. It really needs to be replaced. I would of thought with so many amenities not available the price would of been adjusted
