Accessible and hassle free walking distance to the mall.
Some utilities is not fixed esp. the bathroom basin is broken, uncomfy smell good to add some air freshener to feel cozy and homy. Towel smell a little off. And wifi is slow and sometimes connection is losing. Not recommended if your working remotely. Good thing is it is safe and near to malls and restaurants.
