The design and location
Could not contact hotel and when I did they hung up on me. Also room had no coffee/tea/ sink/ glasses etc

Modern, uniquely Japanese aesthetic with premium amenities like the wooden bathtub and Dyson hairdryer. We had a good view (as advertised) from the 7th floor. Excellent location with easy access to train. A great base to explore Kuramae and East Tokyo
The aesthetic may not be to everyone’s taste - quirky with rough walls and textured hard concrete floors. But we loved it. Just wish there was a better stocked kitchen (with cutlery, plates) however easy to manage with 7-Eleven downstairs

The onsen is nice and convenient, our room had a lovely view to a temple, great location and service was top Notch, Mr Yamaguchi has an extraordinary sense of empathy and commitment to hospitality. He went miles to help me recover an iPad I left at the Shinkansen and did manage to recover it. I can’t thank enough the kind service and hospitality.

Location is great. Spotless clean and comfortable. Nice design taste
It’s not an hotel, more like a flat with morning cleaning. No reception, no urgent contact provided. You van only contact the property through the booking platform, which is weird to say the least, no check in/out instructions. Just a code. No reception. No tea or coffee in the room, and at the price thru ask it should be mandatory to have them.
