Firstly I had allocated a room with a very strong and bad smoking smell, but the staff agreed immediately to change it. In the second roim everything was good, big room, fridge and tv working, a pretty good view from the window. Hot water at the shower all the time.
The location wasn't really good, but quite acceptable.

good value for money. close to a beach where you can go for a run and walk. but its further away (like 20 min drive) to main beach area with restaurants and bars. You will still find few options around to eat.

Clean. AC worked, shower worked.
At first they tried to give us the wrong room, not the one that was booked but after we complained we got what we paid for.

The staff were good, the nearby coffee shop is nice and convenient to sit and have coffee. Quite place .
I had to change the room after 2 nights, earlier AC was not operating properly, second room I got has a damping issue , water coming from the wall. AC remote not working properly, Jet spray not as expected.
Also it was more of a love hotel. Couples come and go out every 1-2 hrs. Though families also stayed. Noise from the other rooms can be heard loud and clear.
