Came for a girly weekend, we loved the location! So close to the beach and a beautiful walk to the pier ☺️ Was easy to sort taxi’s or Ubers to get other places also. We enjoyed the added touches, the view of the sea and the general look of the apartment, very spacious - didn’t feel crammed for having 10 of us! We all said how comfy the beds were and despite being above a pub we really weren’t affected by it/noise! Loved how close we were to a Lidl, few girls enjoyed a short walk there.

We had a little issue with the water which over an extremely hot bank holiday weekend was a little tricky but was easily dealt with and the communication to the host of the apartment was quick! Feel the main door could do with a little change up, looks a little dingy when you first arrive as well as being a little sticky to unlock. The inside of the apartment took your mind off that instantly however. The hallway/walkway/stairs leading to the apartment could do with brightening up with decor to match the furnishings with the rest of the apartment! We cooked some picky bits one evening and quickly realised there was no tea towel or oven gloves - little touches like that to be added would really be beneficial to your overall stay.

About a 10min taxi drive from the middle of town which is handy. Close to the marina rather than the city centre. Fabulous huge rooms, loads of space, a little outside terrace and lovely and clean. We stayed as a party of 6 and the kids were delighted to have their own rooms. There is a pub below and we got a discount because we were staying in the apartment (to the delight of my father in law!)

Looks very dingy getting into it, it's located above a pub with a slightly grimy walkway and stairs to the apartment - hard enough work with big suitcases. You're really pleasantly surprised when you get into it how the apartment is furnished and laid out. Rooms are really lovely and well appointed but I did find it was pretty noisy. The noise of the seagulls in the morning drove me nuts (probably unavoidable in seaside towns), but less so the other members of our party. Also the first night the noise from the pub below was a lot and went on quite a long time. In fairness when I phoned down to ask the turned it off it stopped immediately. Also a little note for the landlord - there is a pull chord for the bathroom (shower room and toilet are separate) which bashes off the door. Might be worth them looking into that. Most of my family were really impressed by it but if you're a sensitive sleeper it's probably not the one for you! If you're there with a group for a fun weekend and have a set of earplugs you're onto a winner.

We had a lovely stay - a group of girl friends having a long weekend. The apartment is very open, light and spacious throughout, a well equipped kitchen and a friendly, responsive host. Although it’s a little far away from the town centre, there are lots of busses available which make up for it!
