Excellent locatiin, in a very nice and quiet part of Paris, close to the metro an bus station. Many cafes and shops nearby.
The apartment is a bit small for a family of four wirh two teenagers. It would be fine for a family with two young children. Howeever, we were avare of the size of the appartment beforehand, so we don't consider this a real drawback.
There were just a few little things missing that would have made the stay perfect. For example, there was no dishwashing liquid, sponge, or cloth for washing the dishes. That said, these are minor things and certainly not something that spoiled overal experience.

Muy buena ubicación, todo muy limpio.
La ropa de cama está deslucida .

地點很不錯。
沒有洗衣機，夏日炎熱，可增加空調設備，移動式的也行，比沒有好。這趟遇到巴黎熱浪，我們白天都出門，只有早上及晚上在這間飯店，還是感覺相當悶熱。

The size and location to the exhibition center was really good. There were nice shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.
You will get no service from these people. The bedding looked dirty and we found women's hair accessories in the bed. There was only 3 towels for 4 people and we ended up buying our own. Zero response from staff. 1 hanger in the apartment, no coat hangers, lack of spoons and glasses. You get to hang wet towels off the TV or chairs to dry them out.
