The location is excellent. Lovely apartment with fabulous views.

Great location and good size property

Can’t say I disliked anything but the place is in need of a freshen up. Fire (only wanted it for light) didn’t work and the bulbs in main light were blown, not that we’d have used the main lights. What looks like a large damp patch on hall ceiling and draft through gap in bedroom window.

The location was excellent & the unit was clean & had all facilities.

Unfortunately you could hear everyone walking around upstairs.

It was a very spacious flat. Plenty of hot water although the flow from the hot water tap is very slow. The bath will be difficult to get into if you have even a slight mobility issue. But the shower worked fine.

On arrival even when I arranged the time we would arrive . the flat hadn't been cleaned . I must admit the owner when I contacted him admitted that it was his fault about the time. He did arrange for the cleaner to come. So we went out for a meal about 3.45. When we came back at 5.30ish the cleaner was still there so we waited in the lounge until he finished. But to our amazement he didn't finish until about 6.55pm. So it spoilt our first day. On the first night it rained the window in the bedroom we couldn't shut properly as there was on catches to fastening it . On trying the the main lights in both the bedroom and lounge didn't work properly, I think the bedroom just needs a new bulb But the lounge didn't work at all. But the wall lights worked fine.
