Close to Setas de Sevilla, flamenco, cafes, restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds, kitchen and dining area. Blackout blinds on the windows. We felt safe walking around the area and people were friendly and helpful. Good priced transport, we booked Uber Taxi for the airport, booked Comes Bus Service to Cadiz, used local urban bus around Seville.
The sitting area was not comfortable with an outdated TV that did not have streaming apps. Also part of the Sofa had worn springs. No oven to cook a pizza. A little bit of weekend noise from the nearby bar but managed to sleep okay with earplugs. The pillows were too firm for one member of our family.

Location.
Picking up the keys. AC was not in and it was very hot for 3 hours. We requested to leave the bags for 2 more hours and after long conversation we were allowed. The street is not drivable which is not mentioned in ad. Spent too much time to figure out even the wi Fi . Needed to request and argue for Towels standing in the apt for 4 days. After long conversation ut was done.
