Pros: Staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was also plenty of parking available and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom was not cleaned at all; there was makeup on the walls, someone else's hair in the sink, sticky red substances on the floor and worse of all bodily fluids on a picture. The door stop for extra security was completely broken off so there was no way to ensure safety that way.
As a single female traveling for business I did end up leaving a day early because I didn't want to spend another night there. There also wasn't walkable places to eat and watching people shoot up across the street during breakfast was just depressing. I get it's a hotel in DC, but I've stayed in DC, Richmond and Baltimore plenty of times without encountering that on a consistent basis. I would not stay there again but it was a decent price and the staff were great.
