The Torre Zurich Luxury was excellent, great communication 👏 the place was clean and easy to get around. A mall is located right across the street which made shopping easy.

Check-in was a little confusing. I entered the building with no problems but then had no idea what to do next. I didn't have an apartment number. I had to chat in the lobby on WhatsApp and also provide a photo of my passport, before getting the apartment number and key-safe code. It was not smooth but they did do all they could to help me.
