We are 70-something ladies and enjoy our own space at the end of the day. This place was roomy enough for cocktails on the patio, visiting on the sofas and enjoying each our own bedroom at night. Beds were comfortable. Home was clean. Close to everything in Cottonwood. Hostess was there as needed and always cordial. We will hope to rent on our next trip.

Overall it was a nice home and location. I had booked for 14 people but only ended up with 13. Since the listing said it held 15 I thought we'd be okay. However, one person had to sleep on a sofa because there was no bed available. The listing said a fold out futon was available, but I sure didn't see one. We also didn't know where to find linens or the 13th person. I was charged a fee for an additional person, even though I booked for 14 when the listing said the home held 15. Not sure why I was charged an additional fee. I had sent an email asking for a 2 pm check in vs 4 pm. The host never replied to that request. The master bedroom upstairs has a full bath, one bedroom has 1/2 bath. If or when someone woke up in the night and needed to use the restroom, they would have to go downstairs to use the restroom if they weren't in the master or the one with the 1/2 bath. I was disappointed the firepit didn't work. The faucets and showerhead in the master bedroom were very corroded from hard water making them hard to turn on. There were no hairdryers. I booked several months in advance due to planning a visit with family to celebrate my 2 years of being cancer free. I was disappointed to see the price had dropped by 200 per night after my booking.

House was clean and well stocked for our stay. Pet freindly. 6 couples could stay with the bedrooms having at least a queen bed. Kitchen had what we needed. Easy to get too with Walmart and plenty of fast food and sit dow resturaunts right down the street.Like all rentals there are a few things that could be improved but nothing that would stop us from renting again. All in all with the location just 25 minutes from Sedona and right down the street from Jerome with a resonable rate this is a very good rental.

Was disappointed issues with the home doors did not work it was just not what we expected for what we paid. Need wash cloths more utensils and pots and things in the kitchen. Kitchen was very nice and clean. Overall stay was ok thank you
