The condo is nice and had an excellent view. The only downside to the whole stay was the elevators take forever and you spend so much time waiting for them. Everything else was great!

Everything was so nice and clean! Very accessible and roomy!

We really enjoyed our stay overall, with the exception of the day the water issues occurred. It didn’t feel like there was clear communication about what was happening or how long the water would be out. It also seemed like the property owners or management company weren’t very proactive in making sure guests were taken care of during that time.We were given the 250 refund, which we appreciate, though we feel two full days of our stay should have been refunded since we were without water and air-conditioning for that period. As for the condo itself, it was very clean. The only thing we noticed was that the shower curtain probably needs to be replaced—it looked like it had some mildew from humidity. Before leaving, we made sure all the towels were washed, the bedding was put in this morning, and all the dishes were cleaned. Thanks again for allowing us to stay.

Love this place! Was perfect for our family of 5… this resort is one of the best in PCB and was right behind our favorite place to eat and get drinks for the beach Pineapple Willy’s!
