Love the location and how spacious the apartment is! Beds are comfy.
The drawback to this property for my family is the lack of lounge seating. The one lounge is a fold-down futon and is very hard and uncomfortable to sit on to watch TV. If they replaced the lounge I would book here every Melbourne trip.

Location .. good space
The check in process and the communication with host was slow and from two different WhatsApp numbers .
The fact you only get one key to a two bedroom apartment.
The sofa bed in lounge area not very stable and needs to have some more seating in living area maybe another lounge .

Closeness to our conference
We were disappointed the shower leaked all the time and the toilet made loud noises throughout our stay
