Modern, renovated with aircos in each room. En-suite bathrooms for two of the bedrooms. Secured access with plenty of secure codes everywhere.
A bit noisy from the street. The trash truck is super noisy at 6am (only one morning)

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight was the spacious layout, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which was perfect for our group and made our stay very convenient.
The only downside is that the shower overflows and floods the entire bathroom
