The apartment was bright and cheerful, situated in a single 5-storey building, not in a complex, so access to the main road and the bus stop was quick and convenient. Our apartment overlooked Gunnersbury Park so the view was of wonderful treetops and greenery. The photos you see are all accurate! The shops of Chiswick are a 10-min bus ride away. These are all the questions I had while pondering if I should book the place and so I’m stating all this to share with other travellers. The best thing about our stay was being able to contact one specific staff member all through our 50-night stay, a level of service I have never encountered in my travels. Khy was super attentive and quick to respond and always with genuine warmth and friendliness. He was truly born to be in the hospitality industry. You can’t get much better than Khy.

The lobby area could be better kept in terms of its floors and lifts (not spick and span) but these things are not in the control of Atelier which manages only a handful of the apartments.
