Clean towels were left for us as well as dish tabs for if we needed the dishwasher (we didn’t) it’s a good middle point for Freiburg, & Europa park.

The apartment really needs to be cleaned better. The floors look like they’re not getting much (if any) cleaning between guests. I received no contact with the owner/manager, despite my reaching out a couple times before arrival to check if our arrival time was ok and then again while in the apartment, as the ceiling had a horrible leak when using the upstairs shower. I took video and cleaned it myself as to not leave a puddle of water on the wood floors. It’s really disappointing that the owner didn’t respond to the message as I felt very worried that it was such a bad leak just pouring out of the ceiling but also to my earlier messages to ask about the arrival, as I felt a bit uncomfortable and unsure if it would all work ok as there was no previous reviews.
