Hyatt Place Billings

Clean and fresh

The staff here were fantastic, from the bussing/hosts at breakfast, to polite housekeepers and the amazing lady at the desk, they were kind and friendly. The room was great! Clean bedding, modern style with comfortable couch to relax and a shower that was ADA compliant and easy to set up shower seat.

The grounds and the staff and the room were far above your average hotel stay. Sadly, it wasnt anything with the hotel as for why I didnt give this stay a perfect 10. It was the other guests. Midline motels when traveling. I wont stay in hotels with less than a 7 star, but rarely stay at "luxury" line hotels. Some of the other guests were just rude. At no time were we able to use the pool. Due to drunk parents and their feral children making it impossible to even walk safely around the pool and spa, throwing toys from the pool over the spa area, my husband slipped on all the water these kids left. So we waited a good hour plus in hopes that a later evening would have the kids into bed, nope 2 hours still going strong. Lets be clear, ive raised 4 boys, they are not easy to keep calm in a pool after a long drive. This wasnt that, this was 6 or 7 kids and pure unfettered chaos. Also, breakfast was cold at 8 am. But mostly the chaos crew ruined it for me.

Very clean and friendly guy at front desk
