It was so nicely decorated all nice and cozy
Too dark outside at night. Not enough light

It was private, wasn’t on top of everyone, and it was convenient for both locations to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge.
Everything was perfect. The only thing that was confusing was the locking on the door, we had to pull it to get it to unlock. But it wasn’t a problem after we figured out how to unlock it. Overall, amazing stay and will definitely choose this place to stay at when going back!!

The electronic lock was a little confusing to figure how how to unlock the door and took a bit to figure out how to lock again. An explanation would have been nice.
The stove has 1 burner that did not work, 1 burner that was either on hi or off, no temperature control.
The fireplace/ heater did not work at all.
The bathroom a little beat and dated
