Instructions to collect the keys were very straightforward.

It was a good apartment. plenty of space, good location. Clean and quiet. Easy access to transport services and shops. We would stay there again.

The outside terrace needs a little attention, remove old furniture and weed the pavement. A small job that would really improve the outside area.

The hosts provided a step-by-step video of how to access the keys and car park. This was brilliant as you can see exactly where to go. Very convenient for Heathrow and the M4, and 40min walk or a 65 bus ride from Kew Gardens. There's also a little park next to the apartments with play equipment for kids. The flat was spacious and comfortable with a large terrace and garden furniture. Large fans were very welcome as the weather was very warm. The kitchen was equipped for 5 people, shower pressure excellent, allocated parking secure and clean. There is a Sainsburys Local in a neighbouring building which was really convenient. To get into central London we opted to get an Uber to Gunnersbury tube station, it was a bit too far to walk in the heat.

Though booked a long way in advance, I had to message them as I'd heard nothing with two days before check-in. However they then responded quickly with everything needed and stayed in contact to make sure we were settled.

Easy to find, very helpful staff, they called to check what time we were arriving, lovely apartment with everything you could need for your stay, would definitely recommend staying here, bus stop about 10min walk so easy to travel into Central London. On arrival there was a bottle of sparkling wine and some larger and bottled water in fridge which was a nice touch

Only thing we could say was maybe some blackout curtains in bedrooms as our children were awake early due to sunlight coming in, but that's a very minor issue
