Pull up a stool at the counter for breakfast, or spread out at the table for something longer. The primary bedroom is the quiet anchor: a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and single vanity. The second bedroom keeps two twin beds and a built-in desk, handy if someone needs to answer a few emails between honky-tonks. A second full bath off the kitchen, with a shower-tub combo, rounds out the layout, and the in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack light and still head home with clean clothes. Hours of operation are from 8AM - 8PM. Parking Details: - Parking is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis in the top-floor parking garage. No reserved parking. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.
