The room is too hot, we stayed in this hotel in Dec but the room is too hot and woke up in the middle of the night because is too hot even though we already try to adjust the setting, The staff only informed regarding inaccurate charges at very last minutes which the didi taxi already waiting outside and we were planned to go to airport, there are so many times to inform but chose this timing, from the beginning is the staff that wrongly charged the initial amount when checked in. Not even an apology and kept insisted that is the correct amount that I need to pay, sound as if that I was at fault, the manager also handle this issue poorly. For the hotel rate there are plenty of other hotels to chose from.
