Clean villa, ample housekeeping material, decent location, good interiors and decent sized bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms don't have locks, host didn't pick call ever (not sure how emergencies can be managed), operating heating systems and washing machine werent clear, narrow stairs and steps, impossible to carry luggage to 3rd floor, difficult to park long car in basement, kitchen didn't have sugar, salt, pepper and oils, capacity of hot water tank was very limited, windows cant be partially opened and bathrooms didn't have toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoos and combs

It’s in a safe area, though not super convenient to central sites.

It smelled so smoky and bad. I was so frustrated that it’s marketed as a non smoking property. That’s definitely not true! There was a dirty ash tray on the patio and cigarette butts on another patio. The bedding smelled of smoke, and every time we walked in, it smelled terrible. One of my daughters is pregnant and one has asthma and it was so frustrating they wouldn’t give us a discount or refund so we could stay elsewhere when smoke is a dealbreaker for us. They aren’t honest in marketing it as a non smoking property, and I don’t know what people mean when they say it’s clean. The carpet is stained ALL over and the walls all scuffed. It’s fine, but not as clean as the reviews suggest. Also the bathroom lights didn’t work and they never got them fixed our whole stay, so we were showering and trying to get ready for the day in total darkness. There also wasn’t enough soap in each bathroom, which isn’t a big deal, but it just added to the hassle. Everything felt like a hassle and dirty here. There was also a big bug in our bed one morning. You have to leave the window open to feed the A/C tube in which is fine, it’s just how A/C works there, but you should just know the reality of this place.
