都内で駅徒歩圏内という好条件、さらに価格もかなりリーズナブルでした。
4日間の滞在でしたが、長期滞在にはもってこいの施設です。
ほとんどありませんが、強いていうなら入った瞬間の匂いが気になりました。
しかし、それもそこまで気になるレベルではありません。

El lugar cumple con su función para descansar y cuenta con los servicios básicos dentro de la habitación como un pequeño frigorífico, una cocinita, el baño.y la lavandería está en el primer piso.
Que las escaleras para los pisos superiores son muy estrechas, el sartén para preparar o calentar alimentos pega la comida horrible, faltan ganchos para secar la ropa dentro de la habitación.

The room was unnecessarily spacious for two people, the beds were very comfortable, the towels were clean, we were in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, there were 3 or 4 supermarkets nearby, and it was quite close to the station.
Going up and down those narrow stairs with our heavy suitcases was a nightmare; I’m lucky I didn’t hurt my back. A group was staying in the room right next to ours, and they were constantly shouting, we could hear them loud and clear. But the biggest problem is definitely the stairs. I might not choose this place again just because of the stairs; other than that, everything was perfect. Also, the bathroom was small, but the only issue was the sink; there were no problems with the shower or the toilet.
