Location. We were there in August, when Athens is empty and parking was plenty.
This will likely be completely different at other times.

A clean little apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay, we were very satisfied with our choice!
The bed was comfortable, good water pressure, nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants, easy to access the city center.
Evening was very good !

Todo. Muy limpio, tal como en las fotos. Es en un barrio a 20 minutos caminando aprox de syntagma. Pasamos bárbaro
Un poco lejos, pero nada grave, se camina perfecto. El baño se moja un poco cuando te bañas

The apartment was decent and conveniently located, with many restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out instructions were also very clear and easy to follow.
The bathroom lighting was quite dim, and there was no extractor fan, so the bathroom tended to stay damp. Also, although this isn’t the apartment’s fault, the nearby bus stop didn’t have a display showing upcoming buses, and Google Maps was not very accurate, which caused me to waste quite a bit of time waiting for buses that were eventually cancelled.
