Останавливалась на 2 дня. Первое впечатление от отеля было шокирующее, состояние номеров далеко не на 4 звезды. Но отношение персонала сгладило впечатление и остались только приятные эмоции. На ресепшене, в обеденной зоне, в баре - везде ребята очень внимательные, отзывчивые и обаятельные. Молодцы!

Мне очень понравилось проживание в данном объекте. Отмечу чистоту и уют номера, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, а также удобное расположение. Все условия соответствовали ожиданиям, пребывание было комфортным и приятным. С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова

Room was okay, one full big bed and another single bed. That’s probably it.

The room service was daily, they only made the bed and took out the trash. Nobody cleaned the floors, no fresh towels. Staff is so so, there are some nice people of course, however the receptionists were awful. One was exceptionally rude. At the check in he demanded me to speak Russian, even though i come from Moldova and my husband is Chinese who doesn’t speak any Russian at all, after the Chei out, i came back to pick up my AirPods, which i forgot in the room, and the findmy app showed they were still in the hotel. In didn’t blame anyone cause i really remember how i left them on the bed and simply forgot to put in my pocket, i just explained the situation and asked to help me, simply to ask the cleaner or other staff, who might find them, but he for some reason took my phone started zooming in and out the map and arguing with me that their not in the hotel at all, he switched to Russian of course my husband didn’t understand how rude the guy was with me, than the other receptionist asked what’s the deal, i explained to him and after 5 minutes they brought my AirPods, turned out somebody indeed found them and it was not a big deal to ask your own team a question. The food is of terrible quality, especially the “included breakfast”, ok, i didn’t expect in 4 star hotel a Michelins star restaurant, but this is absolutely impossible to eat, poor quality of ingredients, fake cheeses and sausages, palm oil spreads, they even managed to mess up scrambled eggs, probably mixed with starch or something, they didn’t taste like eggs at all. Vegetables didn’t look fresh at all.
