A few times I needed help with directions and transportation, and everyone was happy to help. Nothing felt too formal, and it was easy to talk to them. Those little things actually made the trip feel much more comfortable.

I didn't spend much time at the hotel during the day, but it was always nice coming back in the evening. The lobby was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were welcoming. I also asked about some local places to eat and got a few useful recommendations.

I didn't have a fixed itinerary when I arrived, so I asked the hotel team for some recommendations. They suggested a few local places and tours that suited what I was looking for, which saved me a lot of time searching on my own. I liked having this kind of local support because it made the trip feel more relaxed and less planned. It would be even better if they offered more local tour options in the future, but overall I was very happy with the experience.
