Everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Gianni, who showed us the apartment and told everything we needed to know. Although Gianni doesn't speek English and we don't speek Italian, we could communicate thanks to google translator.
The appartment is really well-equiped - it has everthing one needs for a short weekend break or a longer holiday stay.
During our stay, whenever we had any questions, we just wrote to Sylvia who was really helpful.
The apartment is located on a take-off path from Malpensa airport. I'm an aviation enthusiast, so for me it was an added value to be able to watch all those planes flying above our balcony :-) However, for light sleepers the noise from ascending planes (especially A380s, or B747s) can be bothering.

The apartment is complete, with everything you need for a longer stay. Very clean, organized, quality equipment, well ventilated and comfortable. The location is perfect for me because it is close to the Leonardo Helicopters Training Center (5 minutes walking), shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarket but in a quiet place. In addition to having a very welcoming and helpful service.
Nothing to complain
