The sitting area, kitchen and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The peace and quiet never heard anything.

The area, the entrance into building, the hall going up to 7th floor was disgusting, smelt of urine was dirty. In the apartment there were windows that the catch was broken and they didn’t close, no blind in living room & bathroom. The small toilet had a terrible smell coming up from the sink, the tap wasn’t very secure. The door out to the roof did not close properly and slugs must have come in at night. The bins in kitchen had no lids, not enough mugs. No mirrors or a chair in bedrooms, there were cigarette stubs on the outside window ledge.

The acommodation is very spacious with 5 bed rooms, two lounges ,dinning and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and very good locaation. There is only one and half toiet. It has been mentioned that there is onsight parking available at a charge, but we could not figure out how to sort out that. The entrance stairs (Only for one floor) were neat and needs some tiding up.

Upto 6th floor, list is available and 7th floor, we need to take staris. It looks like some antisocials has completed messed up the starir with some bad smells, otherwise I would have given excellent for all facilities. Ps also note that while flushing, the toilet makes extra noises , it may be using some plumbing mechanism which causes the sound.

Outside of the building was a little rundown. Some scaffolding was up. Lift up to floor 6, the two sets of stairs to the penthouse. Inside is a dream. Fabulous large kitchen with island. All utensils that is needed for gourmet cooking. Tea/instant coffee / sugar was plentiful. Large dining table with 10 comfy chairs. 5 spacious double bedrooms, clean and extremely comfortable. Large windows everywhere to receive beautiful views over the city. Outside space was more than generous, a large table,chairs and Hollywood swing and extra fancy chairs. Two living/ sitting rooms. Aldi around the corner. A couple of cafes/ takeout close by on the main road. Absolutely space galore. We loved the flat and it certainly was a highlight to our whole trip. Parking on the road is free from 17:30-08:30 then you must pay through an app or online or over the telephone. Information is on the roadside. ( park at Sainsbury’s/6£ per 24 hours/5 min walk)

Location was really good and central to go to Rugby.

The windows were a bit dated and didnt close, hence the apartment was pretty cold.
