Tesiste ihtiyacımız olacak her şey vardı. Temizlik, konum, personelin ilgisi ve diğer her şey çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı bizim için gayet yeterliydi. Manzara çok iyi. Tam bir fiyat performans oteliydi. Fiyatına göre aşırı iyiydi aslında. Başka bir otele 2.5 katı para verip memnum kalmayıp ordan ayrılıp bu otele geçtik erken checkin yapmamıza olanak sağlandı. Mohammed beye çok teşekkür ederiz çok güzel ağırladı bizi. Daha çok zamanımız olsaydı daha çok kalmayı dilerdik. 🌸💖

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeiterin haben sich viel Mühe gegeben, alles sauber und gepflegt zu halten.

Einige Gäste auf derselben Etage waren gegen 2 Uhr nachts sehr laut. Außerdem ließ sich die Zimmertür nicht richtig schließen, sodass die Geräusche vom Flur deutlich zu hören waren – als wäre die Tür offen. Dadurch wurde meine Nachtruhe erheblich gestört.

He didn't like that I complained about the repeated water outages — that behavior is unacceptable. Why does he think I would endure the trouble of finding another place and waste my time after waiting more than two hours for the refund, knowing I had informed him of my intention to cancel the booking 12 hours earlier? And why didn't he try to fully fix the problem before my arrival? From the first day and over three days I kept complaining about the same issue, and he did nothing until I had to cancel the booking early. I also didn't detail his lack of response to guests' complaints about the couple who were fighting daily for three days; one of the guests told me you didn't intervene to find a solution despite their repeated complaints.
