The food overall was top-notch, and the staff was very accommodating, even after my change in check-in and check-out times due to unforeseen schedule shenanigans due to indigo airlines.
The issue was not a specific grievance with the hotel, but rather a problem with the locality. On the last day, there was a water shortage and a power cut. I was informed it was due to construction in the locality, but it only lasted for an hour or so.

The room was top notch in terms of bed an MD furniture
The staff was not upto the mark ,smoking allowed, people shouting at the reception The room was smelling because of wooden furniture.

Breakfast served cold and tasteless
Room was not clean , previous guest hair on floor and on bed
Linen used was so downgraded
Pillows are smaller and looks liked re used
Housekeeping doesn't know how to make bed and clean rooms
