This was my first time renting a house and it turned out to be a positive and wonderful experience. I would highly recommend renting from Upstay. This is a beautiful four bedroom/ three bathroom house located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Everything was in order for our stay. We were a party of 8 and the accommodations fitted everyone’s needs and wants. The house has two floors but I love that there was a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor for my elderly parents. On the second floor my husband and I had a bathroom in the bedroom. My daughter and the three children shared the hallway bathroom. There is a screened in patio and indoor pool which the children who were 6, 8, and 10 enjoyed a lot. The shopping area is conveniently located less than 5 minutes away which included Walmart. We had pre-booked reservations to Medieval Times which was down the block from the residence. The host was phenomenal! The communication was great! Any issues I encountered, questions or concerns I had, the response was always in a timely manner. I thank you and appreciate all that you’ve done to make our stay pleasant and memorable.

The only thing negative was the garbage pick up is only one day out of the week ( I believe it’s a Monday and we left on a Thursday). The garbage bin outside wasn’t big enough to place all of our bags of trash we’d accumulated throughout our stay particularly after cleaning up. I felt bad we had to leave it inside for the cleaning crew. My apologies. The place is part of a HOA so there isn’t much the host can do.
