The property was clean and was located just outside of Seattle proper. Having access to all the amenities of home during vacation was a lifesaver. The owner was responsive and easy to work with, very laid back. He warned us ahead of time about some damage around the property (not a big deal). The little comforts (coffee pot, washer/dryer, etc) made a huge difference.
The only thing that was kind of a bummer for us was between the owners communication about checking out time vs the check out time advertised on the site 10am vs 11am)
