Good comfortable room, rather clean. Friendly staff at the restaurant and reception

Asked to change bed sheet as the one we have was too small- it was not changed till the end of stay (aprx 3-4 days). Food was not tasty. There was no separate area for smokers, our children wete forced to breath the smoke at all the public areas. A little bit far from all the places of interest and restaurants

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh food. The location was excellent, providing easy access to the beach and local attractions. Everything was organized perfectly, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

In general the hotel was nice - good building and furniture. There is a free parking. The rooms are big. The breakfast wasn’t something special but good enough.

We had a problem with the door of the balcony-it was broken and impossible to be closed. And no one cleaned our room on the next day and I should have asked explicitly for a cleaning and new towels. Moreover the toilet wasn’t cleaned in a first place before us.

Friendly staff, lovely grounds and swimming pool. Excellent breakfast, quiet environment and close to the beach. A bit of a walk to the old town. Restaurant food was great.

Malfunctioning air conditioner in the room and could not be fixed . It was very hot during our stay, considering we were on the top floor. The room did not look thoroughly cleaned, the bathroom looked outdated and smelled moldy. The towels were small and worn out and so was most of the bedding. The curtains kept falling over, the wifi was spotty and non-existent at times and the carpets in the room needed a vacuum and a good clean. They were covered in stains, which made it feel dirty and unpleasant.
