It is always nice to stay in a freshly remodeled unit.Amenities as described. Location was perfect for my goal. Check in with the coded lock.Now, a few nuances which one needs to be informed (some could be addressed and some cannot):- the AC furnace is in the bedroom. It is loud. If you are a light sleeper, there is no way you can get a good night sleep. In the evening, I set thermostat to 72f, then before going to sleep, I set it to 78F, so it does not kick in for the most of the night. It worked somewhat...- the unit has ZERO food supplies. Not even salt and pepper or sugar or teabags. Please plan your food shopping accordingly.- the mattress is REALLY FIRM. I understand that mattress firmness is a personal preference, just keep this in mind.- unit has a lot of windows but most of them face East, so it is very dark in the afternoon.I got unlucky that internet/wifi was not working properly for the whole week I stayed at the unit.Even simple thing like checking emails was tooth pulling slow, dropping the connection all the time. Forget watching movie. The management wrote that is the provider's fault. Oh, well.Location of AC units in Florida rentals is hit or miss. This one is a definite design flaw.But if you are not noise sensitive, it will not be a problem.And for the record: I've been coming to Old Naples during summer months for 27 years. I have rented all type of housing from houses to lil condo.

Never meet the host. Central located to downtown,great spot for walking. Kitchen was great and the rain head shower was the best we have ever had

We’ve been renting in Naples for 20 yrs. This property is a great peaceful retreat, close to all that Olde Town has to offer. The unit is well maintained, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay, with the private courtyard an added bonus.
