Great location in CBD within walking distance to main areas and with a quieter esplanade front location. It was clean and tidy and staff were friendly and helpful. The blackout curtains kept the room dark even after sun up to allow a nice sleep in.
There were 3 of us staying in the room however 3 nights out of 4 we only had 2 towels and had to ask for a 3rd towel - which was no trouble. Buffet breakfast was good but it would be good to change the food up a little too - eg I was not a fan of Moroccan spiced mushrooms everyday and would have like to have seen these done different ways. Also sometimes various options such as eggs or bacon were not available and we had to ask if they would be refilled before the staff would refill them.

Breakfast great. Pool great.
Not given the correct room on arrival - delay and told confusion after a long trip. I had called the day before to check on the noise from the renovation currently happening. I was assured it would not affect me. Constant Jack hammering , drilling - from 7.30 to 4. Awful.
