Apartment was very comfortable and in a good location. Good value for the money paid. Property looks brand new and the facilities were great. Full kitchen and bathrooms were spacious.

We got there a little late. Based upon the information in our booking, we thought there would be a door code but there was not and we couldn't find a way to get into the apartment. Evidently, the door using a key fob and without it, you can't get in. Luckily, the caretaker saw us walking around the property and came out and gave us the fob. Had the caretaker not been home or had gone to sleep, we would still be trying to access the apartment. Please don't misunderstand me. It was probably our fault for arriving late but stuff happens. Maybe it would be better to put the key fobs in a lock box and give out a code for access to the lockbox rather than having to depend upon the caretaker (who by the way was very nice and helpful) to hand out the key fob. Also, as a suggestion, we might suggest putting screens on the windows. There is no air conditioning and it was a little warm so we slept with the windows open and there were quite a few bugs that entered the apartment and one of our travelers got quite a few bug bites. Screens on the windows would solve that issue.

Beautiful and modern apartment

A little inconvenient to go to Hallstatt or around the village.
