Great appartment near the beach. We enjoyed 1,5weeks here with our daughter (4) and son (1). Just a few minutes walk to the beach of Patacona. Within 5-10 minutes you will also reach some restaurants and a supermarket. Busses are also closeby. Great facilities at the appartment, our daughter enjoyed the pool that was open until the end of September. The host was very friendly, communicative and helpful!

Goed appartement, met alles wat nodig is voor een fijn verblijf.

The apartment is clean, updated, convenient, and comfortable. There is a nice pool and easy access to the beach and restaurants. It was great to have a washer and dryer given we were traveling for a long period of time. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the bath towels provided were also large and high quality. There were also some beach towels but we had our own. We ate out most of the time but the kitchen seemed equipped with everything you would need to prepare some meals. Taxi rides to the historic part of Valencia were around 15 euros. There is also a bus nearby which we saw but did not travel by bus. We rented a car for a few days to travel down the coast and there was plenty of free and safe parking around the building. The beach is clean with soft sand and the water is relatively calm, mostly because you can stand very far out. Vittorio was very helpful and accommodating and very nice. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Location close to the beach was very good.

We were not aware that the apartment was in such a gated facility and with a large internal open area with Padel, kids play area. This was very heavily used and did not make the apartment feel at all private. The pool was not in use and this was not made clear in advance. We arrived at 10pm on a Saturday evening - nothing was open and there was no water at all to drink the apartment. For the price being paid, offering a welcome bottle of water might not be too much to ask.
