Ficámos muito impressionados com a limpeza e com a simpatia da equipa. O quarto estava muito bem cuidado e a vista à noite era simplesmente deslumbrante. Foi um dos momentos mais bonitos da nossa estadia.

We arrived around 7 PM and our Grab dropped us at the listed address, which turned out not to be the actual hotel. A woman nearby directed us to the correct location up a flight of stairs. At check-in, we were told the hotel was overbooked and asked to stay at their other sea-view property for two nights, then move back. After we declined, the story changed and it was framed as a “nice surprise,” with the offer reduced to one night. Despite this, we were eventually given a room at the original hotel, which was confusing. It’s a standard stay with no daily housekeeping—no bed making, bottled water, or regular towel changes. We received fresh towels and bottled water when requested.
