The staff were genuinely lovely — very friendly and always willing to help with our questions or requests. Their kindness made a big difference. The hotel itself is quite new, which is a plus. It feels modern and well-maintained, with no signs of wear and tear. One of the highlights is the rooftop patio — a cool spot to relax (as long as it’s not too windy). It looks like a great place to hang out in the summer, with two jacuzzis that, while not operational during our stay in April, looked very inviting.

What’s not mentioned anywhere — and really should be — is that the majority of the building functions as a student dormitory. The hotel is primarily occupied by university students, with only a handful of rooms available to hotel guests. This wouldn’t necessarily be an issue if it were clearly communicated, but as it stands, it feels a bit misleading. Naturally, this comes with a specific atmosphere. For some, that might be perfectly fine, but others might find it less than ideal. In our case, evenings were a challenge: neighboring students were often loud, frequently slamming doors and stomping down the hallways. There was also noise coming from outside the building that easily carried into the rooms. The room itself was okay, but not especially comfortable. There was no armchair, sofa, or any convenient spot to place clothes or personal items. Just a large desk stretching along the window (clearly geared towards student use), a desk chair, and a bed. Speaking of the bed — it’s small. Just 140 cm wide, which is really tight for two adults. The promotional photos do a good job of hiding this important detail. If you're on the shorter side, it might be manageable, but for two adults (both of us around 180 cm), it didn’t make for restful nights. Lastly, the cleanliness. While the property itself is new, the room didn’t feel truly clean. There was quite a bit of dust and some dirt on the floor — even right after it had supposedly been cleaned — and we found sand on both the floor and the desk. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely lacked that crisp, fresh feeling you'd expect from a newly built hotel. This place might work for some travelers, especially solo ones who don’t mind a student housing vibe and plan to be out and about most of the day. But if you're looking for a proper hotel experience with comfort and quiet in mind, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
