It was very clean, bright and spacious. Having 2 bathrooms is a bonus and the little shaded patio was lovely to sit on for breakfast or for a little drink after dinner. It is located on the 1st floor via a traditional communal entrance and stairwell but there are not too many stairs to the property which is good when you have suitcases! It is close to the train station (5min walk but no noise from trains) and there are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants on the same street or very close by. It is a 10 minute walk to the main area in Braga (recommend walking the route via the station as it’s quickest and not as hilly). As a single female I also felt safe waking that route alone at night. It is unusual to find a property in Braga where you have access to parking due to limitations in the old town areas. There is pay by the hour parking on the street which was good as we had a hired car. It is on a main road but the window glazing helps reduce the road noise. We didn’t not find it bothersome. The property has all you need including coffee machine, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is aircon in the living area and one of the bedrooms. The hosts are lovely.

Muito boa localização, perto de tudo e principalmente perto da baixa. Terraço amplo e agradável.

Apenas alguns reparos: tacos descolados, ralos nos WC soltos, falta de um móvel nos quartos, onde se possa colocar algumas coisas, pois a mesa de cabeceira é pequena.

Our stay at Caires Urban Nest was just a perfect place for my family, some who came from Brazil and some from the US. The space was so airy and light. We loved the outside space, where we could sit and read in the mornings. Even though on a busy street, we could not hear any noise from outside, unless we opened the windows, which we did often during the day. The kitchen was well equipped, and several grocery stores so cloes by we were able to have family meals often. IN addition the walk into Braga was just so pleasant.. Some days we went into town in the morning, came home and rested a bit and then went back out for dinner or Gelato later. Carla and Tony were extremely helpful in answering questions, but we had few as it was all self explanatory. Having two bathrooms for a family was also just a great asset. Actually, nothing!

Ubicación excelente, a 15 minutos caminando del centro. Se aparca bien, zona libre de pago cercana. Piso reformado y amplio con 4 habitaciones y 2 baños. Buena relación calidad-precio. Dueña amable que nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos.

Apartamento frío y con humedades en alguna pared (incluso con algo de agua en el suelo junto a la terraza ya que llovió mucho durante esos días). No tiene calefacción central, dispone de 2 aires acondicionados y radiadores eléctricos con los que pasamos frío y no estuvimos confortables. Menaje del hogar escaso. Colchones no demasiado cómodos.
