Very central and clean
When I asked about parking, you were not friendly. I was told to check the website, as opposed to providing me with infos or recommendations. When we arrived in the flat - there were parking infos printed!
My recommendation would be to be more customer oriented and add this info on the booking site.

Great location.
The quality of the sofa bed was subpar. It was extremely noisy/squeaky and uncomfortable. We didn’t get a wink of sleep due to constantly being woken up, as the bed squeaked from the slightest movement. Additionally, the drainage in the shower did not function properly. It did not allow you to continuously run the shower for more than one minute without the drain clogging up and shower almost overflowing.
