Excellent

Location

Easy parking nearby. It has all amenities.

No curtain or blind covering the sun from the front door.

Clean and well maintained. Isolated from the main building and this was quiet. Easy to get access to it and without much hassle.

The TV is oriented facing away from the bed. You practically cannot watch TV while in bed as both face the same wall. I'd like a bit more control of the illumination. Ceiling lights to be separated from spotlights

- Simple modern design - Coffee machine (although there could be one capsule per day not one for the whole stay) - clean bedsheets - quiet neighborhood

- the place smelt terrible, it was a kind of mustiness/ humidity and even with the windows open for the whole day, we couldn't get rid of it. Even though I sent a message reporting it, it was not addressed by the host - after all I got a message totally ignoring my previous message and saying they hope I had a good stay and the checkout time was 10:30 (whereas it was 11:00 acc to the booking). We were going to leave earlier anyway, but it was not nice first not to address our request and then shorten our checkout time - then I don't consider it good value for money
